I’m Lara, the face behind LK Laser Clinic
Based within Helston Aesthetics, I’m a fully qualified and insured IPL & Laser Technician, specialising in advanced hair removal treatments that are professional, safe, and results-driven. My aim is to create a welcoming space where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their results.
I began my beauty career in 2010, gaining extensive experience in luxury spas, salons, and even onboard cruise ships, treating hundreds of clients from all walks of life. Cornwall became home in 2015 when the Royal Navy brought my husband and me to the area..
I opened The Beauty Loft in 2017 and noticed a real local need for permanent hair removal solutions. This inspired me to qualify as a VTCT Level 4 Laser Technician, bringing advanced laser treatments to Helston.
In 2022, after returning from maternity leave, I relaunched as LK Laser Clinic to focus solely on specialist laser treatments. I’ve invested in medical-grade Lynton technology, trusted by the NHS, to ensure treatments are safe, professional, and effective.
I love helping clients achieve results that make a real difference. I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic soon.
When I created LK Laser,
I wanted to build more than just a place to come and have laser treatments. I wanted to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and completely at ease.
I don’t offer anything half-heartedly and I’m constantly upskilling and researching to make sure I can get you the best possible results. Whether it’s your first consultation or your eighth, you’ll always be treated with honesty, care, and respect.
I truly see it as a privilege to be part of your journey, and I never take that for granted. I know it takes a lot for some clients to even walk through the door, and I understand how daunting it can feel to undress for treatment — but please don’t let that hold you back. You’ll always be welcomed with kindness.
